The Argentine Tango in the Netherlands is having a hard time. Dance schools are closed and dancing is not always safe Moreover, most of the professionals who keep the tango scene alive internationally have been out of work for a long time. Time to act.
Last May, the Dutch International Tangoweek was the only international tango festival in The Netherlands that took place on the planned date and with the planned line-up. 8 orchestras from 5 countries came together in a live broadcast of 6 hours.
